We are happy to offer a number of programs to complement our Florida Keys fishing and snorkeling charters.  Considering the seasonal nature of our business, we fill our down time with quality programs tailored to specific audiences. We have found it to be greatly satisfying to offer educational programming for niche groups.

Kids Sea Camp

Kids participate in a rigorous week of on the water fun during the Bay and Reef Kids Sea Camp. This day camp gets kids on, in, and under the water as they explore near shore ocean and bay side marine environments. Kids easily learn about coral, the sea grass environment, and the importance of the mangrove habitat as they snorkel, fish, and kayak in our Florida Keys waters. Every day is specifically themed to focus on conservation and sustainability concepts. Kids can’t help but leave with a suntan and an eye-opening introduction to the amazing underwater world of the Florida Keys.

She’s at Sea

She’s at Sea is a training program for women to learn to operate a motor boat safely, intelligently, and independently. The course is offered to groups or in private instruction. The hands on curriculum is meant to undo the ‘mystery’ that so many women fear as they attempt to get behind the wheel of a motor boat. Captain Elizabeth has successfully introduced hundreds of women to the satisfying sport of motor boating in a safe and productive environment.

Team Building

The Bay and Reef Company is able to create a challenging team building experience for a party of any size. Captain Elizabeth will work with your group to determine recreational and educational goals in order to customize a team building event for your corporate group, wedding party, or family reunion.  Consider an underwater scavenger hunt on the reef, geo-caching on Indian Key, or a land and sea hunt to accommodate a diverse group. The slate is wide open when it comes to devising the perfect team building event for your occasion.
