The Bay and Reef Company offer a summer day camp programs for kids ages 8 – 13 years. The program is designed to provide an active and engaging outdoor alternative to summer recreation.

Bay and Reef Sea Camp is designed for kids to engage in structured and educational programming while they snorkel the coral reef, fish, kayak, and explore mangrove and sea grass habitats. Each day will be spent in, on, and under the water with the goal of introducing kids to the incredible underwater world of the Florida Keys!

The day camp runs from Monday – Friday with classes held from 9:00am – 2:00pm. Bottled water and a healthy snack will be provided daily (however we will happily provide a healthy lunch for a small additional fee: see registration information). Camp is conducted outdoors and on boats. The schedule is subject to change due to weather. Classes will convene at La Siesta Marina (mm 80.5 bayside).

Scholarships – Each year we provide scholarships to children to attend camp. To apply, fill out the below registration application and have your child write a short essay to answer the following question: What can we do to preserve our Keys marine environment for future generations? We will review essays and contact applicants two weeks prior to camp.
