Reef Scavenger Hunt:
The group will board the 45-foot Corinthian motor catamaran and travel to the living coral reef. Teams will be given two underwater cameras and one checklist of items to be discovered on board the boat and on the reef. Teams must work efficiently to identify and photograph each item. Film will be developed and points tallied to determine the winner. This is a 2 1⁄2 hour excursion. More Details: Appropriate for groups to improve collaboration skills, group awareness, and leadership skills. Group must identify team members skill levels and prioritize tasks accordingly. Various restrictions (for example limitations on verbal communication) are placed on teams to force precise leadership skills and planning.[/one_half]

Indian Key Treasure Hunt:
Re-live the early days of the pirates who inhabited Indian Key as your team follows a cryptic trail of clues that will lead to a final reward. Teams must use their ingenuity to solve riddles that concern the rich island history, the flora, and fauna of the island as well as complete a number of challenges. More Details: Appropriate for groups to improve time management skills, negotiation techniques, and strategic planning. This excursion combines a scenic boat ride, a history lesson, and a menu of challenges. Teams will use the island as a backdrop for a classic nautically-themed treasure hunt.[/one_half]

Fishing Tournament:
Let us coordinate a classic backcountry or offshore fishing tournament including traditional rules, experienced captains, a kickoff cocktail party, and a delightful awards banquet with recognition for outstanding team and individual achievement. More Details: Appropriate for meeting and greeting coworkers and presentation skills. For most teams with minimal fishing experience the benefit of this event is in the recreation of fishing and the value of spending four hours on a boat with coworkers. The event may be planned as an elaborate affair or simply, with a beach front captains meeting, reading of the rules, and a tiki bar wrap up session. The event will be enhanced with catering on board and a wrap up awards presentation.[/one_half]

Paddle and Sail Competition:
Teams will be faced with a series of challenges involving kayaks, sailboats, and paddleboards. More Details: Appropriate for groups to focus on problem solving skills, creativity, accountability, team awareness, improving response to change. Teams are given a series of challenges to perform while paddling, sailing, and kayaking. Each team must complete the challenges within a certain time frame and include all participants in the activities. Participants will get wet, will be out of their comfort zone, and will be challenged physically and mentally.[/one_half]

Land and Sea Competition:
Teams will be faced with a series of challenges involving kayaks, sailboats, and paddleboards as well as land-based challenges. Challenges will include tasks such as sailing to a marker buoy, kayaking a course, building a sandcastle and catching a fish from the dock. More Details: This event is similar to the Paddle and Sail Competition but offers a land based element. The event is suitable for a group with participants who vary greatly in age and physical fitness.[/one_half]

Raft Building:
Teams will choose raft building materials from a pile of found objects and then work to build a seaworthy vessel to transport them all to “safety.” More Details: Great for groups building creative thinking, team awareness, problem solving and leadership skills. Teams will work with “junk” to build a sea worthy vessel to transport members around a marked course within a determined time period. Teams must give a presentation at finale and sing a team sea shanty to represent themselves.[/one_half]
